Melissa is a renowned fitness and lifestyle expert whose life mission is to inspire and teach others how to reach and maintain the optimal life their bodies’ were destined to live. Melissa has always had a passion for helping other people. At a young age she experienced first hand the hardships that come from a mismanaged diet and lifestyle. Determined to turn her life around she began her quest to learn everything possible about fitness, nutrition and lifestyle management. Melissa uses her knowledge to reach the pinnacle of her body’s cosmetic potential. She has appeared in numerous movies, television commercials, print ads and fitness product packages. Melissa has been featured in health expos and fitness infomercials. Her ultimate passion in life is to help people of all walks of life live the true life their bodies were destined to live. "I have lost a total of 101.5 pounds going from a size 24 jean to a size 10. Melissa has played a very important role in why I am where I am today. I started training with Melissa one on one and instantly fell in love with the type of person she is. She believes in me and doesn't let me forget it and pushes me when I tell her I have reached my breaking point. Melissa is not only an amazing trainer (who has helped me hit my 100lb loss) but she is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to nutrition.
